Clovered in Prayer

August 11, 2018  In celebration of my 40th birthday I asked each of my three boys to help me chose adventures that we could go on together and my gift would be time spent with them doing something we both love.   My oldest is a baseball player. He is a tall, lanky southpaw who plays first base and loves to pitch.  He is a Cubs fan because I am a Cubs fan. I am a Cubs fan because my grandfather was a Cubs fan. He had never been to Wrigley and that was our adventure together.  Baseball really does soothe my soul and there is nothing like walking into Wrigley Field. I am glad I got to see him see it for the first time. My middle son loves all things sea.  On a road trip a couple of years ago I took a detour to visit the  Georgia Aquarium and he loved my pictures so much that he told himself he would get there one day.
