100! What?

Still October (my favorite time of year)

I didn't think we would make it to 40...then 70...but 100!  What an incredible journey.  Where to find #100 came to me in a dream.  This clover was a block away from my house on the near side of the sidewalk across from a restaurant dumpster.  Ok, God, let's go for it.

We walked down and everything was covered in melting snow and cracking ice.  There wasn't a clover in sight!  I decided to hunt anyway.  I bent down at the corner of earth between sidewalk and industry where I thought it would be. I moved a layer of slushy snow then ice then sloppy brown oak leaves to find a muddy patch of ragged clovers. There it was!

#100 belonged to Linda.  Linda is larger than life: she laughs big, she loves big, she soothes. The stem on this water-logged clover was thick, strong.  Just like my friend, it was grounded and ready to weather.

It's late October and 100 seems like a great place to wrap up this project.

Peace, N
